A Next round of updates coming up!

Starting off this post by Thanking our brother Deepak and Samrat, who sat along with Vik and went through a long discussion regarding the comments suggestions and improvements to the new website facelift. We have devised quite some points by which we can make our site more user friendly and informative. The updates have already started creeping in… and many more to flow in. The total team is united to give the awesome impact to our website, which we have been craving for quite some years now. I wont be disclosing the updates lets see if you can trace them, but they are surely making a huge difference. Now requesting all our other team members and clients who are viewing the website and blog, please post any glitches or issues that you notice and we will make sure to go over them. We all Love ESolz and hoping that your participation will help us grow better.

Another Busy Week Passes by…

Life is a Learning place and we learn every single day. A Week passes by and we are reaching the weekend. This weekend will be a bit different, coz Political Elections will be taking place. The surroundings have been blasting with speakers and political parties  blaming each other, no idea who should actually be blamed No idea where they will again disappear after the results are out. The situation of the state is in a mess, with Maoists bombing railway tracks, killing so many people this morning. May the departed souls rest in peace. On the other end Darjeeling is burning every second day. But we citizens just do our daily jobs amongst all these turmoils. Seems pretty strange!!! Thats the real human being, forget whats happening around you and just move on with Life.

In office also we face this everyday. Everyday the situations change along with the clients, projects and even the team members. Just passed through a chaos with reshuffling of teams.  There is happiness at one end and sadness on the other. Being in the management see the situations changing everyday. Each day seems a new challenge to be overcome. Someone not happy with the work allocated. Another takes puffs while thinking what to have in lunch.  And a third pranking and playing  jokes on others.  Someone is loving someone, another is complaining, third one is confused, fourth one is not confident, fifth one just lost his love and is not being able to perform, sixth one is feeling hungry every 30 mins, seventh one is sms-ing in between, eighth had been to an invitation and is in the loo most the day, ninth one is down with fever and hasn’t come and it goes on.  Going through all these situations every day and finding a solution gets you confused and puzzled most of the times. Coz there are clients to answer too and they butcher you if you don’t send em updates. So am crushed in between both situations, lol. But I enjoy it, excerpt the crushing part offcourse! I think if you don’t enjoy work, Work will start to enjoy you and get you frustrated. So lets just proceed and cross the hurdles as they come. Rather than stopping, take small steps and you will surely cross a mile. So lets keep up the good spirit and Move On!!! Coz another week is round the corner, smiling at you with new surprises and challenges!!!

One of the Most Hectic Weeks at ESolz for ESolz

Running into 2 weeks now and we are still striving to complete our website The total process has been mind-blowing for us and mind-boggling and stressful for the designers and coders working behind it. The face-lift of the website that you will be seeing shortly is due to the extensive hard work, night and day by all the family members at ESolz. Hats off to all!! For example: It was really difficult to select just 800 logos from around 5800 logos, but Vik and his team made it possible and also helped in the categorization. We needed this to help our clients to track what they want. All the pages and sections are having an awesome feel to it and easy navigation. If you find any errors or mistakes do let us know, so that we can reach perfection. But at the end of the road, we see that we have done it!!! We have updated our site and Portfolio at last!!! Kudos!! to all at ESolz and all our clients who have already started sharing their thoughts. We have implemented them. Looking forth to more comments and suggestions.
