The reason for writing this blog ??????? Stop guessing
I want to thank someone by sharing this post with all of you
As usual I came to office that day and I started the day by saying out loud == ‘Thank GOD He wont come today , now i can work on the projects with so much relaxation..’  (i said this as HE was on a leave for a week..). Everyone including me laughed hilariously as they new who this “He” is …..

I told them how one day I went to “HIS” desk discussed the project and after coming back to my desk , as soon as I felt relaxed I turned back and found him standing right behind my chair asking for another projects update/ query … I felt grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and said spontaneusly  “YOU CAME AGAIN?????????????”……….
Whenever he discusses any point with any coder they would always ask him “Why do you have so much queries?” and try to run from his queries (as they always have a technical answer and “HE” wants an end-user answer)… But he would not leave a stone unturned untill he is not convinced ……. For CODERS “HE is a big TERROR  as for them getting a thrashing from the BOSS is more tolerable than answering his queries…..
But whatever you do he wont leave you untill you convince him with your answers or updates or clarification whatever…

That day we ended up our lovely 15 mins entertaining discussion where we all shared about our RELUCTANT PROJECT DISCUSSION SESSION  with “HIM” and laughed a lot on how he still behaves so politely with everyone..

We all got back to work and it was the first day of the week which went on very smoothly , I did a lot of work without bothering about sending updates or having any project discussion… Then came the next day and within a hour or two I started receiving chat pop ups one after another , bunch of emails one after the other , I was typing one’s content into another’s chat window and so on ……  ” THEY WERE CLIENTS “
Within half an hour my facial expression was horrible as I was literally not able to manage them all at once .. I have taken care of clients earlier also but all of them never appeared together and they never started shooting questions and queries all at the same time……

Till Lunch I managed and thought I have had enough chatting needed for the day and can concentrate on my projects again…
only half an hour went when I started getting messages one after another and another and another again from the clients……
I felt like crying and said to myself ===== “GOD PLEASE SAVE ME”… and very next moment

I realised that even GOD cannot save me at this moment except “HIM”…

I realised that how “HE” had taken half of this pain of dealing with some of my clients so efficiently that they never came to me though I was the person working on their projects…

I realised that how “HIS” interaction with the coders on an individual basis helped me and the coders to put their views directly to client via “HIM” that I never had to bother about monitoring that particular project..

I also realised how after getting  sarcastic comments, having reluctant discussion and small arguements on project issues  with all coders, he never forgot to smile back politely and with that he would add === “MORE U CURSE ME MORE I WILL BE LONG LIVED . SO GUYS!! U R DOING GOOD 2 ME…”………. and we all smile back saying ==== NO “SAMRAT DA” WE DONT CURSE YOU ALL THE TIME , ITS ONLY WHEN YOU DISCUSS TOO MUCH…..

This HE  is SAMRAT DAS AKA SAM…….. The most hard working-dedicated-well-behaved-disciplined employee of ESOLZ ..

After that week I committed to myself that me and my coders will cooperate with him on every project (I know this might end up with Getting Up On The Wrong Side Of The Coin………. LOL  ) and will not argue on trivial issues….but as Vik says SAM WONT CHANGE FOR A MILLION …… so no matter how much you commit we  never avoid the arguments,  we never avoid the fights, we still pass comment on him, he smiles back, we do projects together and at the end find out the best and manage to make our clients happiest..
Thats Sam and thats the spirit of ESOLZ!!!
