Welcoming few members

So the time has come when we start recruiting again. First batch of 4 PHP guys joined this week and interviewing a lot of batches coming few week. I really wish we get the best and they perform the best too

We are having some openings in fields in iPhone development etc but trying to get the best only which is never easy. So if any interested please post us your CV to our career email found in the contact section

Saturday Meet

A man is known by the company he keeps and the shoes he wears. This is something we all came to acknowledge on the last day we had a group discussion at ESolz. Every one participated with a lot of joy, let me describe a few of the interactions I personally had at ESolz:

1. Manish – He is very entusiastic about speaking, trust me he is and mainly he is for helping others improve. Being a CEO the tone is more of a order then a request lol but surely he contributed a lot and really pushed others to gain more momentum

2. Hims – Again one of our jewels, he is bestowed with a great knowledge of coming up with some unique points, sometimes we do not even understand what he says as they are very unique. You can bet on it but overall a great personality who is entusiatic, intelligent, hard working and not to forget appealing too lol

3. Vik – Wow what a great person he is (in case you forgot, its me only)

4. Paramita – She seems to be a sparkling beauty, sparkling as sparkles often and rest of the time is the leader of the SILENT GROUP. Came up with some diversified points in the discussions and placed them very tactfully which helps us all understand that she is the trump card

5. Neha – She is one person I always love as she is BINDAAS, full of energy, encouraging and screams at the top of her voice to be heard. She gave the final answer to the discussion so its like she was at the limit of her patience and thought enough so let me deliver the answer

Other very important parts of this discussions were Avi, Samrat, etc who contributed hugely and helped all of us have a great evening.

Wow ! it the only word I can have for todays discussion.

I have been part of many discussions that we have regularly comprising of the proj incharge and the management. Where its the usual stuff od  of first being and then at the end taken to task

Finally he is growing old and that’s something good else every second girl is his FAN, sad to see that Facebook did the FAN concept and introduced like there but again its not far from being a fan of him

He is a true sweetheart and we wish the bonding between all of us continue the same way as it is and it just gets smoother and stronger. So its your birthday .. hmmmm .. so what to gift to a wonderful part of ESolz ? Please do suggest
